12 x 16" Oil Paintings

The paintings on this page are of images that started out as 8x10" plein air paintings. They are essentially the same paintings only with some modifications such as colour and contrast. Somehow, I can never leave well enough alone. I find that I always have to play around with the original image trying to discover what might look better or different. I guess that is what the creative person always wants to do - explore the possibilities constantly. You will find these original artworks for sale. These are the works of Canadian artist Don Sibley.
