It is framed and delivered with double acid free mattes, standard glass and a black wooden frame. The back is sealed to keep out dust and strung with a medium guage wire, ready to hang.

You can indicate things to take out like the overgrown shrubs and the neighbors house next door or request inclusions like a new paint job on the house! All of Don’s work is guaranteed to meet all of your expectations. For your peace of mind a scan of the artwork is sent as a proof before you receive the final framed artwork.

If you would like to purchase one or two for yourself here is what you need to do:

1. Take a photo of the home/business/cottage either with a good 35mm or digital camera from the angle you think shows it best. Digital pictures are preferred to speed up the process. Take two or three more shots of the details of the front door, the windows and anything important you want included in the painting.

2. Send the pictures to the address on the Contact Info page along with your instructions. A 50% deposit is required at this time. Paypal is also a preferred method of payment. Shipping charges are extra and based on location of destination. The balance is due when the artwork is ready to be shipped. A proper invoice will be provided complete with tax numbers etc.

3. Upon receiving all the photos and partial payment, work will begin.

4. After full payment is received and approved with a scan as verification, the artwork will be shipped to the address you specified within 3 – 4 days.

5. From start to finish is usually about 3 - 4weeks.
